Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful Old DogsI really, really enjoyed this movie. It was extremely funny from beginning to end. I like the fact that Robin Williams and John Travolta worked well together as the main characters and I think the supporting cast did an awesome job. The whole story was witty and charming and also touching. I liked the fact that even when the chips were down, Robin William's character did not give up and pesevered to make life great for his kids. I would definitely recommend this movie to people who like Robin Williams as I do and for people who want to see just to what extremes parents are willing to go to in order to do the best thing for their kids. I will most definitely be adding Old Dogs to my DVD movie collection when it is released on DVD. Was this review helpful? Ws not even close to be being entertaining or less than even a smirk of funny. Robin Williams was not funny and he is always great as Travolta is too,

If critics were expecting an Oscar performance, well, this is not that type of movie. It is clear that critics, if you can call them that, fail to grasp and to understand that Old Dogs is just a cute movie.
If critics say that a movie is great, it probably is not. If they say a movie is horrible, well, you get my point.
Travolta and Williams are just hilarious. It is non-stop laughs. At times, you find yourself laughing out of control. Old Dogs is a family movie, which both adults and kids can enjoy. Unfortunately, we had not purchased tickets ahead of time, and the movie was sold out. The only other movie showing at that time was Old Dogs. We decided to take a chance and go see what this movie was about. It was the best choice we could've made! We all laughed hysterically the entire movie. It was refreshing to see a comedy that wasn't filled with filth. Robin Williams and John Travolta made me laugh the entire time. We walked out of the movie quoting lines for the rest of the weekend. Everyone in the theater was having a laugh out loud good time. I've never been disappointed in a John Travolta or Robin Williams movie.

Boy were they wrong! I don't think I have ever laughed so hard in my life! The entire theater was laughing and I can't wait until it comes out on DVD. Just good clean family fun.
