It has great action and delivers a gritty Anti-Drug message in this film. Considering the amount of characters in this movie Mario Van Peebles directed it in a way that would explain it well. The reason that I say this is because that you will need to keep track of a whole crime family and a few cops that need to bring Nino(Westley Snipes) down. The only complaint I have is that at one piont the CMB(Nino's drug gang)beat up two mobsters. In real life the mob would have killed them and thrown them into the river!
