Colorful , imaginative and funny, short and to the point. Gives 5 lessons ,you laugh and you wait for the surprise at the end I thought the first one was drawn out but this moved pretty quickly Good for restless kids Was this review helpful? I guess because the movie had a more serious nature to it than the first. The original McPhee had more comedy and unruliness whereas the second movie has more life struggles and hardships. I must say though I cried at the end and did like the surprise of Maggie Smith. All in all, the movie was good- but I guess I had hoped for more. Was this review helpful? Sign in 0 out of 0 users found this helpful  So SoPosted: 8/21/2010A review of Nanny McPhee Returns by Bana42 After sitting through 10 minutes of commercials (if I wanted to see commercials, I would have stayed home and watched TV) the movie finally started. I must say I was disappointed as I really enjoyed seeing the first Nanny McPhee. It was not as good as the first one. The kids seemed to like it though. Sometimes, its better to leave well enough alone and stop making sequels of every movie ever made. This one just doesn’t cut it. Was this review helpful?
