Anyone else pick up on that?

Bruce Willis gives a great performance as well as the young man who is is sidekick in the movie. The only thing I didn't like about this movie was the hitting, or should I say punching out, of women which no man should ever do. It has the best action I've ever seen and it's non-stop from beginning to end. John McClane and the other characters are so funny... I was laughing out of my seat. And the story line was great. Can't wait for the DVD!

The visual effects and stunts were incredible, the storyline was convincing and creative, and Bruce Willis really delivered. I was impressed that Bruce let his age show in this episode. Wish I could say the same for Timothy Olyphant. His acting was so bad, it was comical. The audience kept busting up every time he came on screen and talked through his teeth. He needs to stick to parts where he can be somewhat convincing--like the drunken dope attic he played in a former performance. What was the casting director thinking when she or he assigned him to play this part? What was the director thinking when he kept him on? Surely he could see that Timothy was absolutely bombing as a villian. Matt Damon would have been a much better choice--he can actually act. But, Bruce and the plot were so good that even Timothy's horrendous acting couldn't ruin it for me. I'll buy the dvd. Was this review helpful? I was so exhausted by the time the movie was over. I felt like I was jumping off of freeways and hanging from an SUV in an elevator shaft. Whew! Bruce Willis never let's you down. I went into this movie with low expectations after seeing number 2 and 3...cuz those were really bad. lol. To my surprise, this movie was almost, if not better than the first. The action starts right at the films beginning and dosen't stop till the end. John Mclane is alittle older and alittle rougher around the edges than in his earlier days. He still has those great one liners through out the movie. Its nonstop action and great entertainment through out the movie where the good guy painfully wins again. I think for pure action and entertainment, this is the best of all the Die Hard movies. One of the best movies of the summer. Was this review helpful? I think the sequence with the Jet figther was a little bit to much but other than that
the movie was great.
