At first, I thought it would be fake looking, to see Marlon Wayans as a little person, but those special effects were top of the line, you couldnt even tell. If you didnt know Marlon youd think thats how he really is. I just dont know how these guys come up with these ideas ) they are genius! Definitely worth seeing, I was laughing from start to finish! It was a good movie. Marlon Wayans had me laughing the whole time playing a small man who pretends to be a baby. This is a movie for adults because some scenes may not be appropriate for children. I thought it would be just another one of those moives that are too silly or stupid to be funny. Im Happy to report that I was wrong. I laughed so hard at this movie that I was crying. Although the moive wasnt totally believable, it told an amusing and touching story. I was also glad to see John Witherspoon in it, I hadnt heard mention of him being in the movie. If you cant look at a movie from an unrealistic point of view, you wont get it . However, if you have a good sense of humor and can use your imagination, youll enjoy this movie as much as I did. I read some of the reviews on here and wasnt going to see the movie until I realized most of the negative comments were from people who had not even seen the movie.
I think the movie was quite funny. Sometimes even adults have to losen up, kick back, and just have some fun. This movie did the trick. I think about all the other silly comedies that have come and gone in the past where I didnt even crack a smile. This movie actually made me laugh.
OK, there were some people in the audience who laughed at just about anything which annoyed me a bit. But overall the the movie itself was worth a few good laughs. Was this review helpful? Sign In | ||
