She gets the crazy idea that he will perpose to her, but instead she gets dumped when her boyfriend to go to law school at Harvard and thinks he needs to find a girlfriend who is more acceptable for his new status.She now is determined to show him that she has brains and not just looks, she starts law school too and is eventually called on for a internship to a Beverly Hills muder case. But the muder victum is someone that she knows.
The Movie is great i though it was wildy funny. This movie plays with new idea and toys with fun and crazy Elle woods. Reese Witherspoon is charming and wonder in this movie. It is great. The story follows Warner Huntington III (Matthew Davis) dumping girlfriend Elle Woods (Reese Witherspoon) - Warner is a law student and Elle is a sorority sister. When Warner leaves Elle, Elle decides to leave her sorority house (full of 50+ women) and go to Harvard Law School (where Warner goes) and try and get Warner back and prove how smart she is. But Elle comes across Warner's new snotty Fiancee Vivian Kensington (Selma Blair) - a real 'Miss know-it-all'. On the first week or so, Elle is very dumb in the classes and is asked to leave - But soon gets better. When Elle gets better, she is asked to solve a court case about Brooke Taylor Windham (Ali Larter) being accused of shooting her 'old' husband. Anyway, this is a must see for the girls and a good laugh for the lads. 10/10 - a great chick-flick! Was this review helpful? Most girls who really likes a guy who dumps them try to get them back. Resse Witherspoon is a sweetheart in her own way. This is her best movie yet along with (I think good night moon) and Sweet Home Alabamba. It's a woman on a mission. It is cute, funny, and totally cool. Elle Woods is a pretty girl and I think that the second one is going to be just as good if not better! Reese plays a hip girl and the scene at the party is too cute when she goes as a bunny and then leaves and buys a laptop to get working. Also when she meets that guy in the park and then gets a mainicure and then when she wins the case for the fitness trainer is also a Very Good part in the movie!
