And it was - I remember it as one of the worst films I've seen so far. Ever. The movie is a mess, and I am head over heels in love with Angelina Jolie! I still don't like it! The plot is not plausible, the action is scarce and tame and the acting and directing is much less than what I expected. All those who actually enjoyed it like it for one reason and you know it. Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful angelina jolie is lara croftPosted: 10/22/2003A review of Lara Croft: Tomb Raider by Anonymous i knew that angelina jolie would be the perfect lara croft, tomb raider - with her understated daring, picture perfect mirror image portrayal of the archeologist with not only brains and beauty; but also a conscience - she truly captured and brought 3 dimensional life to the cyber space heroine - i was most impressed with the creative and unusual vision of the movie makers - the exotic locations, the cosmic message that sought an answer to a puzzle that affected the well being of the planet itself - angelina played her role in an understated, yet in your face mode, her british accent was not over the top, her physical prowess was unique (i understand she performed all of her stunts herself), plus she went out blazing and fighting and ready for the next adventure at the end of the movie - all i can say is: loved it, and right on girl !
