Like so many before it, it was canceled before its true potential could be reached. Many of the episodes dealt with issues todays high school students are now facing and this show lent some insight and understanding. One can only hope that some cable station will pick this program up or at least air it in re-runs. If one has the chance, the series is not to be missed especially the episode entitled Lost Boys. This episode won a GLAAD Media Award in 2005 for Outstanding Individual Episode In a Series Without a Regular Gay Character. This episode was named 30 on The Futon Critics Top 50 Episodes of 2004. At the end of this episode they showed an ad for the Suicide-Crisis Line for Gay Questioning Teens with the number 866-4-U-TREVOR and website www.TheTrevorProject.org. Was this review helpful?
