IT SEEMS JUST BECAUSE THEY HAVE ATTRACTIVE STARS IN THE MOVIE THEY DONT HAVE TO TRY AND MAKE IT A GOOD MOVIE.

When some finds they have treasure its has it price. This movie is great with intence seens of action. A must see. Jessica Alba I think gives the best performance. The movie is good and it is good. Time to Retire...Posted: 1/6/2006A review of Into the Blue by laurieloo0 I cant find it online now, but some reviewer made reference to how this movie was soft porn. The fact that David Ducohvny was not in it was suspect, but nonetheless I think a Victorias Secret catalogue is more exciting than a few half second shots of JA in cold water.
It seems standard Holliwood marketing is to blame here, enticing undersexed Americans to view an otherise so-so movie with the lure of TA. Sigh. This continent needs to get over it and realise that boobs are better than head wounds and nudity is not a sign of the apocalypse.
Maybe someday...

As a certified scuba diver, Im well aware of the underwater world an have many dives under my belt in the Caribbean. I cant believe all the sharks they lured in for the film, but thats what you get in the Bahamas!
The story was good...which was already proved in the Deep, so been there and done that! Paul Walker and Jessica Alba proved theyve spent some time around water growing up on the West Coast. Josh Brolin was a credible supporting actor.
All Ive heard about this movie is how bad it was...but its not that bad! If you like water, scuba diving, action, adventure and scantily clad actors, then you will enjoy this film...I did! I think this flick should be renamed. Alba in Bikini. Im sure more people would watch it then. I have nothing against nudity or sexuality but this was a poor excuse for a movie. The story line was great and full of intensity through out the whole film. What more could you ask for. Into the Blue has everything that a movie needs, sex, drugs, guns and lots of fighting. The beautiful cinematography intermingled with hot bodies, intensity and a good story line leaves you with a smile...Enjoy! Was this review helpful? Who doesnt like a story about treasure hunters making the Big Find. Unfortunatley this movie was poorly executed. It could have been shortened to at least 90 minutes, if not less. The ocean was beautiful and all the different animals in the scenes looked amazing. This movie was super good and I would deff go and see it again. Tyson Beckford was in this movie too, his hair was ugly but his body makes up for it! If you see this movie, you will not be disappointed. There were a couple dry parts but overall it was good!! Sign In 1 out of 1 users found this helpful truely one of the .....Posted: 10/14/2005A review of Into the Blue by Anonymous i thought that this was one of those movies that could go either way. like as soon as i stepped out of the theater i thought that it was not one of the best movies that i have seen. but then i started to think about it and it kinda grew on me. so now i love it. but just remember if you do go and see this movie be prepared to have to try to figure it out at the end because it is a little hard to follow. but for the most part it is truely one of the best action diving movies that i have seen in a long time. and plus paul walker is HOTTTTTTTTTTT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
