The story is one you may have some knowledge about regarding the war in Bosnia. If you don't this movie will be a rude awakening to just how lucky we are to live in the USA.
As for the actors....you will not find familiar name......the main characters are played by people who lived in Bosnia, with actual experiences with this war. Each was amazing in their own way.....they all do a fantastic job. Whether it's sorrow, pain, anger or fear, you feel it with them but a sense of joy or happiness you will not.
Personally I felt ashamed as to what little I knew about this story. Now I admire the strength of the Bosnian people and will keep them in my thoughts/prayers. Thank you for opening my eyes.
