It wasn't that hard to figure out the killer-I mean come on look at what body parts were taken. I wouldn't say it's a good movie, but it's not the worst I've ever seen. Lindsey does alright. Bad acting, stupid and confusing plot, the suspense of a funeral. Lohan didnt have the skills to deliver the role. Everything in this pathetic excuse for cinema is not worth the effort and time it took to make this mess. The movie is more like a dramatic high school love affair that holds no genious whatsoever within the subtext. At times, even the randomness of this movie makes 8 Mile look like Wedding Crashers. The only thing that could save this movie would be if Lindsay Lohan was actually killed in the movie. The other bad part about this movie is how the killer was trying to mimic the killer in SCREAM, especially with the lame mask he wore. What was that anyway? A blue plastic bag? But yes, the movie is horribly stupid. If anyone still wants to see it, go ahead and waste your money, this movie is so stupid. I just cannot explain the stupidity any further. And the ending was eactly the same as the movie Lindsay was in when she was younger, that crazy remake of Freaky Friday, or whatever, but yeah, who cares? I am going to sleep now. Peace. She played her part (quite a stretch from her normal roles) very well but the movie had flaws in its production values! Her and Julia Ormand did well and I think it's worth watching for their performances alone. Forget the personal trials that she is experiencing, just watch her performance! Was this review helpful? Parents should be careful when adopting twins; espesially identical twins because secrecy of any sort can comeback and haunt you. This movie raises the question about the rights of adopted children. Do adopted children have the right to know about their natural genealogy? Or, do adoptive parents have the right to conceal this information? You decide. Was this review helpful? This movie was seriously the worst movie ever. Take Gigli and Glitter put them in a blender with some vomit and you still don't get anything as bad as this movie. The worst part about it is that it started off as a great movie with possibility but quickly turned South. Great ideas that were not well directed. The color scheme for example was so stupid. The movie is a psychological thriller, it is not supposed to have this 1st grader obviousness to guide the audience. More than anything that was just insulting. Anyone that thought that was smart needed the color scheme, oh and is an idiot. This movie went so wrond that throughout the screening the audience started snickering, then it went to full blown laughter when the end came.
P.S. What was with the killer having all of the prostetics hanging in the basement? That made absolutely no sense and was obviously just a cheap attempt at making spooky ambience. All in all this is a movie that is so bad you will have to invite your friends over once it is out on video, lie that is really a terrific film so that they will drudge through it so that you can laugh out loud. My final note, this film should be on youtube.com cause it is that amazing of a trainwreck that anyone and everyone will find some humor in. Enjoy with a mountain of salt. Was this review helpful?
