Wow...seems like the vast majority of folks writing reviews here liked this movie...bravo!! This is my all time fave bad movie..I just love it. I've been a big fan of howard the duck since it first came out here in Australia, i got the video i had a intersting chat via e-mail with ed Gale who played Howard :) i found the intesting bit a 10 week shooting schedual turned into a 42 week shooting :) it was great to have a chat with the actor who played Howard :) <br>long live Howard the Duck :)<br>i loved the music .

I LOVE HOWARD THE DUCK, I USD TO SIT AND WATCH IT WITH MY SISTERS WHEN I WAS YOUNGER. OF COURS THE CRITICS ARE GOING TO SAY IT WAS A FLOP, BUT WHO CARES? CRITICS ARE ALWAYS WRONG, THEY CRITIC THINGS FOR A LIVING, THEY DONT KNOW HOW THE POPULATION FEELS ABOUT A MOVIE. wow swsome movie a duck who fights an evil warlord awsome just awsome plus it is a marvel movie and i love marvel x-men spiderman hulk prety much. but back too the movie it was great<br>it was a slash comedy slash action thriler i think it was great

I keep seeing where critics don't like this movie.I think it was a funny and cute.Maybe they where upset that the duck got the girl.I would buy it if it come out on dvd.

I remember this as a fun movie to watch and I still have the picture of Lea Thompson in her little nightie beckoning to Howard permanently etched in my mind !

I can't believe people didnt love this movie. I just think if it was done had the graphics that are out today it would have drove more people in. I think it should be done again with todays technology.

Now, I know that Howard the Duck was one of the biggest box-office blunders ever, but this movie is one of the BEST I've ever seen. I was having a rough day the other day and decided to straighten up my movie cabinet, for I had nothing better to do. As I shifted through the endless stacks and piles of movies, I found Howard the Duck on the very bottom, dust covered and coverless. So, out of pure boredom, I popped it into the ole VCR. I sat down on my couch (thinking that I would only watch a few minutes). I found myself sitting there for the whole hour and a half, laughing my ass off. It made my day SO much better! Thank you Jesus for Howard the Duck!!
