This is very much a 'chick flick' but it's also interesting because you know it's a thinly disguised account of Nora Ephon's second marriage. That alone makes it worth a look.In any case, the reviewer got it wrong. The characters ARE engaging, the story flows well and I did not see any problem with the match of Jack Nicholson's character and Meryl's Streep's. Not every movie pairing has to resemble the duo from the Titanic, you know!I found this touching, moving, funny, and very affecting. Judge for yourself. Was this review helpful?
