Is there anyone who hasn't thought of doing away with her/himself? Is there anyone who hasn't had those outrageous thoughts of defiance and self-statement? In a seventies setting, this movie supremely delves into our inner black thoughts of rebellion and mortality while challenging our sense of conformance to our temporal place in the human lifecycle. Both Bud Cort and Ruth Gorden empathize their characters so well viewers quickly attach their inner thoughts to Harold and Maude. Bravo! Was this review helpful? Vivian Pickles shows a flare for acting in this flick. The plot seemed to drag a little in the middle, but picked up again in the end. Overall, a great movie! Was this review helpful?
