Well anyway this movie is somewhat funny, but it felt long to me because I thought some of the parts of it were either to long or to short. So when this comes out on DVD rent it dont buy it, plus if you dont want to waste money in the theatre you can just buy the first one. Was this review helpful? Im 13 years old and went to see this movie with my 10 year old friend, and my mom. None of us liked it. It was boring and predictable. As much as I was shocked to learn some time ago that a sequel was being made to 2004s drab Garfield The Movie, I was even more horrified to see a 2-disc special edition being released on DVD.
Despite Bill Murray matching Garfields wit and charm perfectly, the movie failed to introduce anything even mildly new to the viewer. Of course, kid-friendly films will always draw crowds, no matter how awful they are. Its a proven formula, and adding pre-sold audiences to the equation just comes naturally. The plot, which feels much like an old lame horse on his way to the glue factory, follows a loose, overused and muddied version of The Prince and the Pauper......

Its a kids movie for cryin out loud. If you cant go to a movie and leave your cynical side behind. THEN DONT GO! I think you people just forgot what its like to be a kid. When I say you people I mean the the snooty critics who bash a movie anytime it doesnt have some kind of profound meaning and the user reviewers who werent planning on enjoying the movie in the first place. The Two Kitties marks a considerable improvement over its predecessor. Its faster paced and the filmmakers wisely shift the focus away from bland owner Breckin Meyer and onto a menagerie of chattering animals.
