Especially two who rarely do comedy--Signorney Weaver and Alan Rickman--absolutely sending it over the edge.<br>This spoof of Star Trek, Trekkers and the looniness of fans who have confused television stars with their roles, gets hysterical when people from another planet get the stars confused with their characters. <br>One of my favorite actors, Alan Rickman, well known for such roles as Hans the villan in Die Hard, is silly and sympathetic and so funny you have to check the playbill to remember this is Rickman. Weaver, who quipped later "That wasn't a Wonder Bra, that was a miracle bra" is hysterically vapid, again against type for her. Tony Shaloub can do no wrong, even with this enigmatic character. He is hysterical, too.<br><br>If you need a good laugh without bathroom humor, this is one of the few that can deliver. Was this review helpful?
