I liked it when the car did a wheelie on two wheels. Vin Diesel and Paul Walker did a really good job. At the end, Dom went to jail for doing illegal things. This was such a great movie. I took my 14 year old son and only had to cover his eyes once in the movie when there was a bit of girl on girl action. Other than that and a couple of swear words, the PG13 review was right on course. This was the best Fast and Furious yet. We will be going back to see it again with my husband!!! The plot was good and the racing scenes were fabulous!! I highly recommend this one. Much better than Tokyo Drift!!!!! I will be buying this when it comes out on DVD. Was this review helpful? There were short time frames to ponder the plot. Very short. The characters were well played and good looking too. You don't have to worry about the love scenes there are none to speak of. You don’t have to worry about the boring office scenes where the cops plan what to do as they sip their coffee, they don't have much of that either. You should be ready for a good laugh or two though. The action just seemed to keep coming in this movie. If you like fast cars and the cars that were built in the late 60's and the new modified racing street cars you'll love this movie. Well done. I really enjoyed the tunnel chase and or getaway scenes, they were awesome in the end. Yes another happy ending.
The PG rating was about right for this movie as there was little to no swearing and not a lot of skin, unless you count bikinis and short shorts as skin. Was this review helpful? But all these actor did just a good a job in this than the last I like the introduction of more diverse cars like the BMW and the muscle cars. I was hoping with this one being the biggest and greatest of them all, it would be the most well done. I was wrong. The overall idea for the story was very unoriginal, but better than we have scene coming out of hollywood these days. The relationship between Walker and Diesel doesn't really make sense. I personally couldn't figure out why Diesel's character was still mad at him. I guess it could have worked, but the screenplay was just horribly written. But with these movies, good action is suppose to take care of that, wrong again. The chase scenes in this movie were so unrealistic that I wanted to puke. In FF3 they put a Nissan motor in Mustang and I almost puked, but here Diesel is rally driving a 71 Camaro SS (I think) while Walker is rallying a fully loaded Subaru Impreza STI. I mean come on. A muscle car would barely be able to move on sandy roads with that much torque and rear wheel drive with no TCS. In the beginning of the movie, Diesel also races his Charger and beats Walker driving a fully loaded Skyline GTR. Yes, the charger is fast, in a straight line. But in a street race, it doesn't have a chance. But the one that got me the most, was the Duster pulling a wheelie in the dirt. sigh. The action was pathetic, the acting was confusing, and the relationships were BS. I give this 3 stars for the nice cars (excluding the improper use of the nice cars) and the cool cinematography. All members of the original cast seem to have matured as actors, the shots were more interesting visually and the cars were better too. Action Packed from beginning till the end.. Diesel and Walker do a awesome job in this movie.. The movie had you captivated from the beginning to the end. The screen writer connected this one with earlier writes which gives the movie its body. The way Diesel brought all the charters together flowed beautifully and was touching and appreciated. The ending was a surprise, but not shocking given their bond. It left me wanting more! Looking forward to another sequel.
