My wife and I have seen it several times already. My Mens group at church has seen it and mens hearts were literally broken as we came together and discussed its relevance to our lives personally over Mens Fellowship P-I-Z-Z-A night! God can use anyone and anything that He wishes to relay His message to whom He wants to communicate it. I loved the casting which was perfect--from Brock Kellys character 54, Matt Praters character, Mr. Bridges and certainly without question the 2 assistant coaches who were hilariously funny and especially Alex Kendrick (Coach Taylor) and Brooke, his wife. Everytime I view this movie, since my wife has now since purchased it--I have been blessed! Im so glad that we were able to contribute financially to Christian movies of this caliber which are used to reach a lost and dying world while inspiring and uplifting those fellow believers within the body of Christ. It was deeply touching and very encouraging. I heard about the movie on Praise 106.5 Fm and am so glad i took that listeners advice and watched it. The movie is a great reminder to us all that All things are possible with God.

I was so encouraged by the the message of faith and hope. My children ( aged 9 and 12) saw the movie first and started telling my wife and I that they were touched by the movie. They learned alot about not giving up and trusting God. I was so impressed about there report on the movie that I had to see it for myself. Well, let me tell you I watched the movie and just wanted to shout. The message that nothing is impossible with God is awsome. The movie just ministers to you. I rented the DVD to see it, but have purchased it for my DVD library. I have recommended this movie to all my friends and family. Its also a great movie for your youth ministry to watch and use to bring other youth to christ. Was this review helpful? I cried throughtout this whole movie. You should never give up when u are faced with adversity in life. We wow, just have a little faith and believe that All things are possible with God. What about kids bought up in families that do not worship Jesus? If a Jewish kid went to that school he would be an outcast.
While the movie has many positive aspects I would be scared to let my child go to a school like that one---lets have a moment of prayer talk about a higher power but not single out one religion as the only way. I would imagine that this film would be equally enjoyable to both men and women. It would also be inspiring to both football fans as well as committed Christian. I cried twice during the movie.
