SHIA LEBOUF IS A REALLY GOOD ACTOR. CARRIE ANN MOSS WAS GREAT AS ALWAYS. THIS WAS A VERY COOL AND ORIGINAL MOVIE. I RENTED IT AND DECIDED TO BUY IT. Was this review helpful? It was way different than anything I have seen from Shia. I do beleive this movie can beat all of the other scary movies that I love. My only problem with this movie is the killer. He looked a lot like a guy that was one of my teachers in high school. Not only that, the soundtrack sounds awesome too. I really cannot wait to purchase this movie. But, it is truely disturbing that the Super Sweet 16 and that pathetic Stardust movie previews were on this DVD, along with that stupid She's The Man movie. I mean, why are those pathetic movies previews for this movie? But, this movie is completely awesome. I am ready to buy this movie now, just not for the previews. It wasn't fall out of your seat scary but it still is fun to watch not to mention the little bits of comedy thrown in. It kept me awake. If you didn't like this movie you definately don't deserve to have 300 any where near you DVD player. I will never trust your reviews again. Was this review helpful? this movie is such a piece of crap i don't even know where to start.the 'bad' guy's basement turned out to be bigger then an inside of a pyramid , the acting &*^*ed and the storyline was missing , well a story.
this movie isn't scary , it isn't interesting and most of all it does not need to be watched.
'300' was out so i gave this piece of a horrible puke a try and rented it instead.what a horrible piece of s*it!
go watch it if you get scared easily by a chinese and a white guy with a pair of binoculars. Was this review helpful? I would have to say I'm pretty impressed with the movie overall, but had a few moments where it was just like, ooo I can predict that!
I would have to say that I did jump multiple times, and yes it is aimed at younger audience, hence the innuendo throughout the movie.
*Special note* If you see a mic boom when you see,saw the movie, it technically isn't hollywoods fault this time. For whatever reason, lack of money, lack of time, the director decided agaist cutting and framing and altering the frame of the film. Thus when they sent out the film to all the movie theaters, they also sent a Was this review helpful? From the amazingly real accident to the sudden shock moments that caught me off guard. This movie had humor throughout and yet still maintained is suspensefulness. Everything was laid out well as I didn't leave the theater thinking they left anything out. The ending was not the type of ending that just ended abruptly like most movies do. Its a fun suspense movie that puts an explaination point on the voyeristic and potentially dangerous society we live in. Unlike the vast majority of todays scarey movies, it has an actual plot outside of 10 ignorant, naive college students running into the woods, cave, graveyard, etc and 10 gallons of fake blood squirting 20 feet in the air....sure its predictable, but Very few horror movies arent to anyone with an IQ above 10......
