LOVED THE PIGLET!everybody in the movie was very funny in there character.Great movie for the family! Was this review helpful? I'm tired of seeing "kid movies" with bad language & adult content. Raven overacts a bit (nothing new), and the plot line is pretty predictable, but Martin Lawrence holds things together and has some lol scenes. Shows good family structure. I love Martin Lawrence's comedy (minus the profanity), but will not subject my kids to his usual crudeness. However, this movie was soooo good and totally child "friendly." I took my 14 year old daughter and my 10 year old daughter to go see this movie because they are big fans of raven but it was a let down to them and me.I would not buy it on DVD, don't waste your money. It shows independance a parents unwillingness to let go to the childeren they've neatured so long. and it shows that the parents cant always be in control anymore at there age. Yes, I agree that it's time Hollywood made a movie for children. Maybe that's why the critics didn't favor this movie. There are way TOO MANY inappropriate movies out there. Raven is in her very early twenties and could have easily favored to star in a movie geared toward her peers but she chose to do this for children. We enjoyed the movie from beginning to end. A must see movie. It's nice to watch a movie with your child and not have to worry about too much violence or inappropriate language. We laughed nonstop! A good clean funny movie with a great message for kids and parents. Many LOL moments thru-out. Loved the PIG...something for all ages. Donny Osmond was a hoot! If you want a movie the whole family can attend without the bad language, nudity, drugs or sexual content...the kind of movie no one has to feel uncomfortable when a certain scene comes up...this is the movie!
