For all the geeks, stoners, racists, dropouts, wannabes, perverts, and drunkards.. Not to mention a couple other hundred types of creatures that make the world go round, this movie is just for you my friends. Clerks 2 turns vulgarity and obscenity into an art form reaching new heights of verbal and physical creativity. Its so offensive at times that you cant possibly take it seriously. if you wish you could go back and relive your high school or college experience jackassing around with your best buds, then your gonna like what you see here. The cast of offbeat misfit characters dish out a mind bending tale of drama, comedy, romance, and all out absurdity. Everyones favorite jersey boys the drug dealin duo Jay and Silent Bob are back, in the sequel to their big screen debut. Jay and Bob havent missed a beat and are back chillin in full swing. If youre looking for a comedy that will remind you that even though your life may , there are plenty of other unlucky bastards that suffer just as bad if not worse and through it all still manage to get some enjoyment, then look no further. You will soon forget about the terrible day you had and learn to laugh at lifes awkwardness. The jokes are delivered fantastically and keep rolling through out the film constantly knocking the audience back with outlandish behavior. Like a disturbingly erotic donkey show, you wont be able to turn away or forget what you witness, and more importantly you wont want to forget. Goodbye horses.

clerks 2 was ok, its the kind of movie u have to wait for it to come on cable or tv. its not worth renting or buying. it walks a fine line between funny and degusting. some of the slurs will turn people off and offensive. the first clerks is better than this one. not a movie u can watch over and over again. just my opinion, more reviews comming.

i just saw this movie last night, and i must say it was an awesome movie. i was a bit hesitant at first, but i was pleasantly surprised.. i honestly think, this is one of the greatest sequels. not only did it make me laugh to crazy, but it also had its sweet and emotional moments, as well as scenes that just made me cringe. although it comes off as another comedy full of crude jokes, you can actually relate to some of the deeper things that go on. the dialogue is great, the cast is great, basically the movie is great! its a lot more than just jokes and laughs. really, you just cant help but fall in love with both the cast and the movie. clerks II is a definite must see!

This movie was sick, degrading, and blasphemus to the max! If you like hearing every other word degrade Jesus then watch it. It has homosexuality and no surprises. Another Blunt Man and Chronic would have been a better choice for Kevin Smith. Get on the Ball man, theres more people that respect the Lord now than any other time in history!

I WAS KIND OF CAUGHT OFF GAURD WHEN I HEARD THERE WAS GOING TO BE A CLERKS II. I THOUGHT THE GENIUS KEVIN SMITH HAD CLOSED THAT CAPTURE IN HIS LIFE BECAUSE OF THE LAST JAY AND SILENT BOB STRIKE BACK MOVIE AND JERSEY GIRL. I HONESTLY LOVED JERSEY GIRL. I THOUGHT IT WAS SWEET. BUT NOW WITH CLERKS! I AM SO GLAD HE GOT ANDERSON BACK ON BOARD. THERE WOULD BE NO CLERKS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL RANDALL AND DANTE. RANDELL REALLY STEALS THE SHOW. AND OF COURSE GOTTA LOVE THE LITTLE THINGS KEVIN SMITH WRITES IN THERE FROM PREVIOUS MOVIES. KEVIN SMITH REALLY DID AN AWESOME JOB ON THIS FILM. I LOVED IT AND IT WAS A GREAT ENDING TO THE VIEW ASKEW MOVIES.

Not worth seeing, if it was not for the scenes by Jay and his interpretation of Silence of the Lambs I would not have been even enticed to see this movie to begin with. This movie went nowhere and took me with them.

I am so glad I didnt pay for this movie. I have seen and truly enjoyed Clerks, I wasnt expecting much from this sequel. It seems as if it tries too hard throughout to force comedy. It was all so natural in the original, but I guess thats what happens 10 years down the road. Rosario Dawson is very annoying in this and Jay and Silent Bob are actually pretty lame or tame in this when compared to their other cameos. I didnt expect a movie that was equally entertaining as the original, but I did expect something that was at the very least funny. Not good, dude. It just feels like a forced, lack of effort, if that is even possible.

OMG!!! That about sums it up. This is by far the funniest movie I have seen in years. I see a lot comedies but this one takes the cake. I think everyone should watch this movie 2 or 3 times. I cant beleive they got away with only an R rating.

I am a huge Kevin Smith Fan and thought C2 was smart funny and really mature piece of writing that was more than just fart jokes pieced togetherin between a movie. Kevin really wrote a movie about frienship and growing up and all the stuff that goes with it. Expectations pressures etc.... The second time around was a pleasant surprise and whether you have seen the first or not you will enjoy.

Okay... I was expecting stupid potty humor and fart jokes... boy was I not ready for this one! Easily this years Grandmas Boy equivalent... Elias stole the show for me... Pillowpants had me about to wet mine... and the hits just kept on coming- great movie! Not for the easily offended or for the faint of heart- Cant wait to buy the unrated version!

I would have to say that the first one had its very dull moments, though again look at what Kevin did while operating his budget on a credit card....My boyfriend and I went to see it this past weekend and we were rolling holding our sides laughing...The meshing of the first and the second was done very well, and even down to the remake of the store.. no signs of change there...Kevin did a wonderful job along with Jason of keeping things funny and completely unexpected as when Jason opened silent Bobs coat and revealed his body with genitals tucked between his legs.. My mouthful of popcorn went flying, I laughed so hard... For those that dont think this is funny and completely one of the best shows of the summer then go find a porch monkey....LOL ohh and were taking it back.... GOOD work Kevin and Jason....we want more of Jay and Silent Bob !!!!!!!

Leave it to Kevin Smith to hit on what Gen Xers are really up to in their 30s. This movie is hilarious yet a bit predicable. Like Tarantino films, even a sub-par movie by Tarantino or Smith is 100 times better than most of the tripe the studios inundate us with weekly. Everyone in the theater was racously laughing for the entire movie and I about fell out of my seat during the Jay meets Silence of the Lambs scene. My bigget recommendation with this film is to see Clerks first if you have not seen it. Cant wait to see what Kevin S does for Xers in their forties.

Heres the dish. Its a fing funny movie. Movies like this are not supposed to be considered one of the greats in cinema history, movies like this are simply made for the humor. The director does push the envelope for a laugh but its worth it. If you have a sense of humor and dont mind some cussing then cough up 8 bucks and laugh for a couple of hours. Oh, and under no circumstances should you bring your kids.

Bless your f-ing foul mouthed self Kevin Smith! When I saw the first film I thought, My gawd! Some dumb f-er made a f-ing movie about all the stupid mf-ers in this damn cesspool of America! I know all these f-ers! Hell, I think I did a three-way with Jay and Silent Bob! But bless you, Kevin, you could not have expressed the adult inane desperation of life in NJ (and elsewhere) any better! Most men lead lives of quiet desperation wrote Thoreau, but he never met Randal Graves! This film is beautiful in its symmetry to the first. More incredible are its many successful departures from the first each makes the legacy of all Smiths films far richer. Dante and Randal have aged, yes. Elias is a twisted mirror image of his own existence to Randal. I adored Elias and thought he was worthy to be Randals next best friend. And still poor Dante only wants to be loved. Not-so-oddly, Dantes vision of what he thinks everyone expects of him is the twisted and warped reality that Randal and Becky point out it is. I love Becky. Rosario Dawson did not overshadow the preexisting cast but blended seamlessly with them. I didnt get the impression that she thought for a second she brought big Hollywood box office clout to this film. Oh, Jesus will still love you, Elias.

I was dragged to this movie by my husband who is a HUGE Kevin Smith fan at midnight opening night. I was really not expecting much from this movie at all,but I have to admit, it was the funniest damn movie I have seen in forever. It is shocking yet hilarious all at once. I havent laughed that hard at a movie since I dont know when.
