Faye Dunaway is wonderful in this film and one could say one of her best performances. (";Mommy Dearest"; also comes to mind) Jack Nicholson is fantastic as the calculating JJ Gittes, a role seemingly fit for him. A definite film-lovers film. 5 stars. Was this review helpful?
