Acting, story are all in that area. I feel this is a movie that some may like and others will see it as a waste of time. A great actor like Robert DeNiro simply didn't have the script to work with it. It tried to come back with Joe Pesci's help but it just fell flat. For me, I find myself neutral in liking the film. I didn't hate it, but I didn't care for it either. Therefore I suggest you see it and decide for yourself, but I do believe that it will definately be a one-time viewing film. Casino is a fact based mob movie that stars Robert Deniro, Joe Pesi, Sharon Stone and James woods. Casino is one of the best mob movies of all time. Deniro, peci and stone deliver Oscar worthy performances. The movie is a must see.If you havent seen it, go to the nearest blockbuster and change that. Casino is an emotional movie and it deliveries a strong message. Casino is also not a movie for everone. I wont say any parts just in case anyone reading this hasent seen it...Robert DeNiro is an amazing actor along with Joe Pesci. It is sorta weird that you see Joe Pesci in Home Alone not being so brutal, and then in casino...wow he is an amazing actor also. ;) Was this review helpful? And why would you want to, he's killer in Meet the Parents and just awesome in Casino, he keeps his cool under all pressure. But isn't that what DeNiro known for?? DeNiro gets what DeNiro wants....period. Sharon Stone is her typical self a money hungry empress! I love it! Joe Pechi, why bury him alive?? What a bummer, but when you mess with DeNiro's woman....and the Mafia. Well these are the kind of things that happen, so sorry. But everyone was wonderful....long movie but well worth your time!
