Date  Helpful Rating 0 out of 0 users found this helpful  Robert Deniro is goood!!!!Posted: 4/5/2007A review of Cape Fear by smurfette_da_kronic I thought that this movie was good, Of course Ive always been a fan of Robert Deniros work....I think he did a great job performing Max Cady. Although Ive never seen the original... the one with Robert Mitchum. My grandpa says that the original was better (of course, the original is always better than a remake or sequel.) But he also liked the performance Deniro did, (who doesnt?) Youd have to be (ing crazy to not enjoy Deniros acting. Anyways I liked this movie and you should too. Was this review helpful? Sign In 0 out of 0 users found this helpful Movie was aiiiiight at best.De Niro was solid as usual, but besides the previous obvious statement, the film was not worth price of admission, even if the cost were 5 dollars in 1991. Plot was basic, a rappist chassing a family to their refuge of a summer houseboat...ending was also weak. Is De Niro a crocadile? youll see what I mean once you see it. Anyway, if your bored and have 3 dollars in change lying around in your car reserved for toll money, rent this.
