However, as a person who enjoys good animation and adventure productions I decide to check it out. The introduction scenes with the alien society grasped my interest and inflated anticipation of what was to come. This changed as soon as the movie cut to the human space colony. I found myself frustrated with the primitive values of the portrayed humans and the mind washed attitude of the military personnel, save the hero’s redemption at the end of the movie. Historical events in military coos and the parallels drawn in this movie make it a bit tragic. The best thing I can say is the alien race is wonderfully creative; the worst thing I can say is the human animation was a bit raw and un-evolved. The movie has a HAPPY ending which is what saved it for me! Was this review helpful? I would have liked a little more indepth of the people on the spaceship itself, I understand they wanted to present it from the view of the native population. The image of the ship was really interesting-although it kinda reminded me of the watchman ship. Overall I did enjoy the movie just wish the theater had more than five people in it- and the theater staff kept coming by to make sure nobody was filming. Overall I really enjoyed the movie, Was this review helpful? Sign In 1-2 of 2 Per Page | ||
