If any of you have kids, be sure to show them this brilliant masterpiece before they grow up screwy and lose the ability to love it. The mothers death was sad, but everything else was great! way cute. the chracters were adorable. I think it is one of those rare Disney films that was cute. Was this review helpful? From his birth to the survival tactics used after his mothers emotional death. A pure story of survival and non-stop action is what bambi is all about. The movie also portrays many beautiful love scenes. For example, we will never forget bambi and thumpers inspirational slide on the ice. The mother deer is killed by a human! After all, it is lawful to hunt deer in season, but is it lawful to destroy their ecosystem with stuppid fires? Or to hunt out of season? This movie teaches the children how to survive and the parents how to love their children and to prepare them for things to come.Smile as Bambi discovers nature all alone, then with friends.
