I will admit I'm more than a little fed up with the "Evil American Military/Industrial Complex Destroying The Universe" angle, but I'll even give the Leftie PC crap-garbage a pass if this movie is as unadulteratedly AWESOME as it appears to be. In fact, I think I will watch. I heard that if this movie a success, George Lucas will make Star Wars episode 7! Now the long awaited starwars 7 will finally come!

Sign In 1 out of 1 users found this helpful Avatar, not the Air BenderThe new technology Cameron is using in this film should bring out a lot more feeling from the actors, and should make it a lot of fun to watch as well. For those who are expecting the Air Bender in this film you should do a quick definition search on Avatar so as not to be misled by the title, also The Last Air Bender directed by M. This is James Cameron's AVATAR which will be released in 3D on December 18..
I attended the advanced 15 minute preview this week and all I could say is wow. Cameron has again shown his leadership in cutting edge film. The combination of CGI and motion capture is the best I have seen to date.
Can't comment on the story line but if it is as good as the 3D CGI it will definitely be a winner.
