All the movie contains is sluts, a predictable story line, and little ricers with no power that are meant to make the people that have never truly raced a car drool and make them think they can get 600hp but throwing on a "aerodynamic body kit", some nitrous (not nos..nos is a brand name, use the word nitrous) with a nitrous purge, and some underbody lights. If you know anything about cars, watch this movie so you can make fun of it with your friends. Was this review helpful? I saw a 2-hour music video that featured I-wish-I-was-black Paul Walker. Lots of fast cars that should have stayed where they belong -- In "Grand Theft Auto". Tyrese does a GREAT job filling the (overly achieved) vin diesel's shoes.(i hate that guy). Ludacris done a better than average acting role as well, where it was NOT expected. Its got a decent plot to it, but nothing really to do with street racing. Being this is a "street racing" type of movie, the story could have been a bit more street racing involved. delivering "packages" wasnt good enough. That part of the movie reminds me of "transporter". Overall it was a decent flick and would watch it again, only because of Tyrese and luda. Was this review helpful? It was annoying! Tyrese and Ludacris are way hotter! Anyway, this had everything the first one had and more. Fast cars, action, fast cars, more action... you get the picture. I absoulutly loved the cars! They were awsome! But I liked the pink car the best. And the soundtrack absoultly ruled! Especilly Ludacris's song! It totally rocked and he was great acting in the movie. I hope I get to see him in other movies somethime soon! My brother and I just finished watching "2 Fast 2 Furious". I must admit. When I first heard that they were going to do a sequel to "The Fast and the Furious". I was quite skeptical. I was like why ruin a good thing. I just felt like it was one of those moves that just didn't need a sequel to it. That it could stand alone as one of the movies that defines my generation and the import movement. Then I started hearing all this negative rumor stuff. About how most of the original cast and Director wasn't coming back to do the sequel except for Paul Walker. I got caught up in the Vin Diesel crazy. Saying "Its not going to be as good as the original!" Don't get me wrong I think Paul Walker is a GREAT actor. Loved him in "The Fast and The Furious", "Joy Ride", and one other I can't recall. I just didn't think he could carry a sequel by himself. Boy was I wrong!! Paul Walker did excellent in this movie creating a quite believable character along with his side kick Tyrese. These two guys played off each other quite well. It seemed like they had fun making the movie and working with each other. There was another rumor about CGI being done alot in the movie. Well there were a few spots mostly during like in the original with the flying around in the car thing and the main street race at the beginning. Anyways to put it short....Go See the Movie if you saw the 1st one. You will not be disappointed! Believeeee Meee!! It was funny, action packed racing, and some neat gadgets for the Pigs. Had they compensated the entire cast the way they should have for the 1st FATF then I would say that's too bad, but to not offer Vin Diesel what he deserves for the sequel considering he was the one that made TFATF movie the big sucess that it was.
