I didn't know the central character, his older self, was acted by Matthew Perry, and the guy from Adult Swim was in this film as well, but the movie exceeded my expectation. Seeing the ad, I thought it was an average film, while watching it with my lil brother. Appearently, I was wrong. "17 Again" told a really good story: "If you had the chance being 17 again, will you get what you gave up back in 1989, or is letting your ongoing divorce case progressing worth it?" Even though the central character is an experienced dad, as a teenager - once more, he implicitly left behind lessons for youths, in both the film and the cinema hall, to remember. The best parts were the climax and the resolution of the story. Well executed film - and totally funny. (The Adult Swim guy was totally hilarious!) Was this review helpful? Aside from that, the movie was written and directed well. Matt Perry looked really old- older than 37 in this movie. Zac did a great job and he's cute. For a theme that has been done so many times. I am definitely getting this movie when it comes out on DVD. It was hilarious and Zac Efron was the best actor to play in this movie. I would recommend this movie to anybody. It was awsome and Zac Efron was soooooooooooooo good in it !!! It is a laugh out loud funny movie!!! I laughed the entire time and couldn't stop!!! My friend Amanda absolutely hates Zac Efron and she thought that 17 Again was going to be the stupidest movie ever, but I went and saw it with her and she absoluely loved it!!! I would definitely recommend 17 Again to everyone!!! It is the perfect family film that people of all ages will enjoy!!! You will have the time of your life watching 17 Again!!! After you watch it, you will be saying " That is the best movie that i've ever seen." For those of you who don't like Zac Efron, after you watch this you will be saying," Wow, Zac Efron is actually a really good actor!!!"

It was sad in one part. It is one of the best movies ever. Zac Efron is really good in it. My favorite part is where Mike(Mark Gold) gets into a fight with Stan in Health Class. It was pretty stupid when Stan got over a lot of condoms and Mike(Mark) talked about being abstinent. Go see it people in 6th, 7th, 8th grade, and above. Was this review helpful? Zac Efron is absolutely beautiful, and it is easy to see why our daughters drool over him. It is a cute and funny movie, and believe it or not, somewhat different from the typical "young again" movies. I love that the main character remains true to his beliefs and offers advice to the teenagers-rather than attempting to be one of them again. And- that backyard landscaping that transforms the yard is outrageous!! Was this review helpful?
