Just before embarking on a DEA assignment to South America, undercover cop Tony (Ray Abruzzo) takes his lady love Christine (Ray Abruzzo) to a restaurant, where he proposes to her--and promptly marries her! Meanwhile back at Night Court, the staff is in a state of disarray and despair, the result of a labor dispute which has robbed them of their regular maintenance man Art (Mike Finneran) and left an incompetent boob in his place.
