Fisherman Gilligan (Bob Denver) reels in an odd-looking metal object which turns out to be a WW2 mine. Though the mine appears to be a dud, Gilligan manages to activate the device, meaning that it will explode at any moment unless it is detonated. Since Gilligan found the rusty old explosive, it is up to him to set the thing off in a safe place--safe for the other Castaways, if not for Gilligan! ~ Hal Erickson, Rovi
