Unfortunately, her confession that few (actually, none) of her previous romances have led to long-term commitments may put the kibosh on her present relationship, forcing Ross (David Schwimmer) to come to her rescue with a little "creative fabrication" (it's a nicer phrase than "bold-faced lie").
