Director Gianfranco Quattrini takes a closer look at the frantic lives of Latin-American suburbanites in this drama about a father who discovers that his teenage daughter is pregnant, and becomes determined to change his destiny. Julio Cesar's daughter is going to have a baby. Realizing that by working as a taxi driver he will never make the money needed to support his grandchild, the soon-to-be grandfather opts to drop his job as a wheelman and become a full time Tarot reader.
