Waiting to Exhale: In recent weeks, Jessica Simpson has taken to slathering so much face paint onto her pretty visage that she's begun to resemble her dad in drag. So why did the newly auburn-topped tabloid target ditch her trowel-applied cosmetics and embrace the fresh-faced ... morevixen within on Grammy night? We're guessing it has something to do with laid-back boyfriend John Mayer, whom she happily played snuggle-bunnies with for the cameras at a postawards shindig. In between PDA sessions, Jessica sucks in her nonexistent gut to pose in a breathtaking (literally), bejeweled-haltered black corset dress that fits her like a glove -- an itty-bitty latex glove worn by a doctor with swollen hands, but a glove nonetheless. The simple, sexy style suits the made-under Jessica, who shows why her no-longer-surreptitious squeeze described her as "lovely" -- albeit in Japanese -- when he was grilled by Ryan Seacrest on the red carpet.
