There may be no flashier dresser or villain with a better fashion sense than Flash Gordon's main nemesis. Ming the Merciless ruled with an iron fist on his home planet of Mongo and kept the riff raff in line using shock troops and flying ... morekiller robots. The great Max Von Sydow made Ming a force to be reckoned with. Plus, Ming also had the benefit of being supported by a killer soundtrack from Queen.
