When transplant surgery restores her sight, she also sees dead people, or at least spooky images and violent visions, thanks to her donor, a Mexican psychic (apparently the gift of precognition is not in the mind but in the eye of the beholder). David Moreau and Xavier Palud direct this American remake of the hit 2002 Korean horror film by the Pang Brothers, and it co-stars Alessandro Nivola (as her eye doctor and transition counselor), Parker Posey and Rade Serbedzija. Available in both a single-disc release (with both wide-screen and full-screen editions of the film) and a two-disc special edition, which features deleted scenes, four featurettes and a digital copy that can be downloaded to PC, iPod or other compatible players. | ||||||||||||||
