The Comebacks

David Koechner (of "Anchorman" and "Balls of Fury") plays the luckless football coach who pulls together, more out of desperation than any sense of vision, a team of misfits and outcasts. "From the producers of 'Wedding Crashers'" is the best this underdog sports comedy spoof can muster as a selling point. (I guess "From Tom Brady, writer/director of 'The Hot Chick' and writer/producer of 'The Animal'" just didn't have the same magic.) Carl Weathers and Melora Hardin headline the supporting cast, and Dennis Rodman, Andy Dick and Drew Lachey make cameo appearances. Available in separate PG-13 and unrated versions, each with the behind-the-scenes featurette "Varsity Black N' Blues" and the promotional featurette "In Character With David Koechner" among the supplements. Exclusive to the unrated version is commentary by director Brady, deleted scenes and outtakes, and more featurettes.
