Stranger Than Fiction

Here's a Blu-ray first: a new "Special Edition" of a film previously available in a less special Blu-ray edition. The warm, offbeat comedy of a lonely IRS agent (Will Ferrell in a nicely restrained performance) who wakes up to his dull existence when a narrator takes up residence in his mind and announces that he's going to die, now includes two new commentary tracks (one by director Marc Forster with Ferrell and Dustin Hoffman, the other by Forster and members of the production team) and additional deleted scenes in addition to the deleted scenes and featurettes from the previous DVD and Blu-ray releases.
