Stardust

Matthew Vaughn's colorful adaptation of Neil Gaiman's grown-up fairy tale is both a fantasy and a spoof, the lively story of a love-struck orphan (Charlie Cox) who strikes out for the forbidden lands across "the wall" in search of a fallen star, which he finds in the human form of Claire Danes. Michelle Pfeiffer steals the show as a crone of a witch who takes on temporary youth in her own quest for the star.
