R,1hr 27min Released: August 8, 2008 Director: Distributor: Dimension Films Starring: DVD Review by Sean Axmaker, Special to MSN Movies Writer/director/star Larry Bishop has the retro SoCal biker look down pat, but the rest of his grungy biker film pastiche is a bad Tarantino knockoff with the look of an ambitious made-for-DVD production inexplicably given a theatrical release. Michael Madsen grins his awkward dialogue as Bishop's loyal flank man while the confused revenge plot rolls out, and Dennis Hopper and David Carradine go through the motions in their bit parts. Quentin Tarantino "presents" the film as an executive producer, but it's anyone's guess as to why. Bishop provides commentary, and there are a bunch of featurettes and a video diary by Madsen. | ||||||||||||||
