Starring: DVD Review by Sean Axmaker, Special to MSN Movies Trey Parker spun his first musical from the true story of Alferd Packer, the only American ever convicted of cannibalism. Blond, boyish Parker stars as Packer, giving the hapless fellow a decidedly gee-whiz innocence while he crams the film with Broadway-style tunes and grotesque gags: bloody body parts, festering sores, human hors d'oeuvres -- a celebration of gross-out humor. New interviews and a new commentary track with the film's stars are added to this edition, but the infamous inebriated audio commentary by Parker, Matt Stone and co-stars Jason McHugh, Andy Kemler and Dian Bachar (carried over from the original DVD release) is still the star. | ||||||||||||||
