and much more ...
Drew Barrymore's permanently puckered-up state during her PDA-crammed romance with Justin Long appears to be paying off. Seems her in-shape lips have been getting quite a workout in recent days, with the sunny star supposedly playing tonsil tennis with two younger suitors. Let's start with the more intriguing tale first, which finds Barrymore, 33, succumbing to the smoldering, nostril-flaring charms of Ed Westwick, 21, who plays Machiavellian dandy Chuck Bass on "Gossip Girl." Despite Drew being an entire Serena-adoring tween girl older than the pretty-boy British actor, they engaged "in a full-on make-out session" at a Kings of Leon concert Tuesday night in New York, says Us. And in a very "XOXO, Gossip Girl" moment, Vanity Fair captured their clinch on camera (no faces are visible, however, so armchair detectives, do your thing), a saliva swap that is said to have taken place during the song "Sex on Fire." According to New York magazine, Drew and Ed (suggested cutesy nickname should anything come of this: Dred) then progressed from lippiness to handsiness during an afterparty at the Bowery Electric bar. A bendy Barrymore purportedly got her straddle on with Westwick, a dangerous maneuver given that he was sheathed in slippery leather pants.
The pair was first seen hanging out last weekend at a post-"Saturday Night Live" bash, where Drew was also photographed with Chace Crawford, Ed's "GG" co-star and real-life roommate (the besties have repeatedly laughed off rumors that they're more than just pals). People says Westwick scored points with the nicotine-needing, Kirsten Dunst-avoiding Barrymore by loaning her his lighter and guiding her through the crowd once her craving was satisfied. "Chemistry was there!" an enthusiastic spy tells Us. But, like so many of her solo-flying male celebrity peers, Drew appears to be keeping her youth-oriented options open. In Touch captured her cozying up to actor-musician Landon Pigg, 25, on Sept. 17 in Austin, Texas. "Their legs were pressed together," relays a bystander. "There was a lot of touching going on, and for a good part of the conversation, they held hands. The body language was so intense." But this isn't the only swine-themed rumor currently floating around Barrymore. The New York Post claims she's also been keeping company with a waiter from the Manhattan eatery the Spotted Pig. |
