Angelina's Doc Declares Vivienne & Knox 'So Cute'

Details from inside the Jolie-Pitt delivery room; plus, the latest romance rumblings, Sarah Jessica's missing mole, Nicole & Keith's baby pics nix, Megan Fox's extra poundage, Miley's 'Sex' talk and much more ...

The obstetrician who ushered Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's wonder twins Vivienne Marcheline and Knox Leon into the world apparently got the go-ahead to ditch that whole pesky doctor-patient confidentiality thing.

In a chat with the Jewish Journal, Dr. Michel Sussmann details the double delivery on July 12 at Lenval Hospital in Nice, France, and confirms what we already suspected -- that the tots have indeed won the genetic jackpot.

"It was not an easy operation -- a second caesarean with twins is difficult -- but it went perfectly and they are so cute," he tells the mag of the babies, who weighed in at 5 pounds apiece. "The delivery was very emotional and exceptional as Ms. Jolie is a superstar, but I think that it happened on Shabbat [the Jewish Sabbath] made it that much more moving."

The fruitful and multiplying flames, who now face the daunting task of parenting six kids who are age 6 and under, "were always laughing and having a good time together," says Sussmann, "even during the birth operation."

The doc also points out that while he and the Oscar-winning earth mother have "an excellent rapport," his job is to take care of her, not "be her friend."

To that end, Dr. Sussmann has reportedly recommended that she remain in the hospital until she's 100 percent back in the pink.

"Angelina has four young and lively children at home and he suspects the temptation to get up out of bed and play with them will overwhelm her," a spy tattles to E! News. "He knows how much she misses the other children, but he feels that she will benefit from a few extra days' rest. They're being very well cared for."

Chances are good that Jolie will follow doctor's orders.

"She is so, so nice and never complained about anything," enthuses an impressed Sussmann to the Jewish Journal. "There are negative things sometimes written about her on the Internet, but don't believe them."

Along that same vein, the latest issue of Star features a touched-up and slightly creepy picture of 2-year-old Shiloh on the cover, which touts her first meeting with the twins. Seems she called them Vivi and Nosh, thus christening them with their new nicknames.

Oh, and the tab claims Angelina's C-section was captured on camera.

Brad, with Shiloh and Zahara, visited Angie in the hospital on July 2.

Us Weekly, on the other hand, more believably includes all the kids in the introduction process, reporting that the day after Vivienne and Knox were born, Shiloh, Zahara, 3, Pax, 4, and Maddox, 6, arrived at the hospital with dad Brad and one by one presented their mom with a single flower.

"It was a blessed sight," a hospital worker rhapsodizes to the mag. "I had a lump in my throat."

Meanwhile, the New York Daily News reports that the ridiculously famous pair's decision to dub their newest son Knox -- it's a nod to Pitt's grandfather -- may have been made at the last minute.

A source tells the paper that six weeks ago, they ordered a $190 play mat from the chichi baby product purveyor Plain Mary that was monogrammed with the name Rex Leon Jolie Pitt. A new one emblazoned with Knox is now said to be on the way.
