Lindsay Lohan has left rehab with an unwieldy souvenir strapped to her leg, but it's not slowing down her socializing -- or her ability to spark a scandal.

The sobered-up starlet put her new teetotaling lifestyle to the test this weekend by partying into the wee small hours at Pure nightclub in Las Vegas with a bulky alcohol-monitoring device strapped to her ankle, a hirsute new guy by her side and some purportedly purloined nudie pics hanging over her head.

Lohan's rep tells People she "successfully completed" her 45-day treatment program at Promises on Friday and is now undergoing an "intensive outpatient" program, which means plenty of AA meetings, therapy, "daily testing" and constant surveillance courtesy of the antibooze bracelet.

"On her own, she has also made the decision in support of her sobriety to wear an alcohol-monitoring bracelet," explains the spokeswoman of the accoutrement, which has also been clamped onto Michelle Rodriguez and Tracy Morgan. "In part she is wearing the bracelet so there are no questions about her sobriety if she chooses to go dancing or dining in a place where alcohol is served."

Like, for instance, Pure, where she had originally intended to ring in her 21st birthday on July 2 with a blowout bash. According to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, LiLo made the jaunt to Sin City on a whim -- it was her assistant's birthday -- and wasn't paid to appear at the hot spot, which reportedly let her keep the hefty fee she received for her canceled birthday party.

The actress jetted in by private plane on Saturday and enjoyed some retail therapy at the couture-crammed Forum Shops at Caesars Palace before hitting Pure shortly after midnight.

Lohan, looking refreshingly youthful in a white and gold frock, holed up in the VIP section drinking Red Bull and water and hanging with nearly a dozen pals.

"A lot of the attention was placed on Lindsay and she was smiling -- really enjoying the evening," an eyewitness tells People.

A little later, says the Review-Journal, stubbornly ubiquitous illusionist Criss Angel, who recently wrung oodles of cringe-worthy press out of his brief dalliance with Cameron Diaz, joined LiLo at Pure, and they were seen holding hands inside the club and as they exited around 4 a.m.

Undeterred by the late hour, Lohan and her group are said to have made a pit stop at her Caesars suite before clambering into the PR-loving prestidigitator's Rolls Royce for an hour-long cruise along the Strip.

Lindsay winged out of Sin City on Sunday afternoon, but the paper says she made sure to swing by the Luxor Hotel to say goodbye to Angel, who was waiting for her outside.

But the magician isn't the only guy who's been spotted out and about with the star in recent days. Not only was she seen leaving a Los Angeles hot spot with "Passions" actor Adrian Bellani (per X17.com) last week but she also spent the Fourth of July whooping it up at a Malibu, Calif., beach house with A.J. Lamas, son of Lorenzo, says People.

One guest whose presence was likely less than appreciated at the Independence Day bash was Lindsay's recent ex, Calum Best, with whom she might have shared a little too much of herself (although nothing we probably haven't seen before).

The Celebslam Web site purports to have had an instant message exchange with Lohan in which she fumes over how some very personal images that unwisely commemorated her blink-and-you'll-miss-it affair with the British lothario were stolen from her computer.

"All I know is that someone broke into my computer and left a file on my desktop saying he got the pictures Cal took [of] me naked," Lindsay supposedly steams. "And my lawyer knows about it."

Lohan's been-there, spun-that mouthpiece sounds positively weary as she concedes to the New York Post, "Anything is possible," before adding, "I know nothing about it, but her lawyers have been contacted."

Speaking of lawyers and paramours, Lindsay's BFF and tabloid-proclaimed inamorata Samantha Ronson is taking legal action to defend her reputation.

The New York Daily News reports the DJ has filed a $20 million libel lawsuit against two blogs who suggested the cocaine that police say was found in the car Lohan treed in May was hers.
