Which celebrities have been naughty and which have been nice? From
high-maintenance demands to foul-mouthed rants to generous tippers, here are a
few recent tales of how stars act offscreen:
Are Kirsten Dunst and beau-of-three-months Johnny Borrell no
longer content to mingle with the riffraff (i.e., their fans)? The London Daily
Mail claims the orthodontia-averse twosome recently turned up at a local
nightclub and "demanded" their very own VIP area.
"They made such a fuss that staff had to clear one of the dressing rooms and
make it into a 'Kirsten and Johnny' room where they stayed all night," maintains
a snitch.
And supposedly well into the morning.
The paper says after sampling the establishment's selection of beers, the "Spider-Man" star and the little-known Razorlight front man were "helped to their car at 4 a.m."
Meanwhile, Keira Knightley and Sienna Miller have become fast friends off the set
of their currently filming period drama "The Edge of Love," but their budding
BFF status has turned them into an even hotter target for the paparazzi.
And it seems the pals have very different methods of handling intrusive
shutterbugs, with one laying into them with a string of expletives and the other
opting to remain gracious in the face of the flashbulbs.
"We're not on the [bleeping] red carpet, we're on the street!" Sienna was
captured on tape (via TMZ.com) snippily telling photogs during a night out in
London with Keira a few days back. "You never [bleeping] get it cause you're all
[bleeps] ... and make our lives hell."
The semifamous starlet then agrees to walk "down the street, but we're not
going to stand here and pose. If you get a photo that's fine but then it's a
deal that you go!"
In contrast, Knightley, currently starring in the mega-grossing "Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End," was far more
polite than her lesser-known counterpart, calmly explaining to the lensmen that
they'd had a tough week of filming and would appreciate some peace.
"It would be really great if you let us have a night off," said the winsome
actress, who was accompanied by newly blond boyfriend Rupert Friend. "We're actually just trying to have
a nice night."
And finally, in a palate-cleansing story of star civility, Leonardo DiCaprio distinguished himself as a gentleman
during a pit stop in upstate New York.
The Syracuse Post-Standard reports the A-lister popped into a local Johnny
Rockets outpost last week and ended up being served by the only person in the
place who recognized him.
Waitress Erika DeSocio described DiCaprio as "very polite" and "friendly," so
much so that she picked up the $9 tab for his chicken club, fries and diet soda.
Leo, who was reportedly in the area to visit girlfriend Bar Refaeli on the
set of her movie "Session," insisted on paying, but the waitress held firm.
She was rewarded with a $20 tip and a photo taken with the obliging actor.
