Nicole Kidman gave off a definite glow at the CMT Awards Monday night in Nashville, Tenn., but her radiance came with a cookie-tossing cost. "I've had severe morning sickness," the Oscar winner, 40, told "Access Hollywood" as her highlighted, well-tanned hubby Keith Urban laughed in agreement. As the vertically contrasting couple made their way down the red carpet, both happily rubbed her growing belly, which several catty commentators have recently criticized for being less than beach ball-sized, even though all women carry differently and Nicole is statuesque-bordering-on-Amazonian. Anyhoo, Kidman, looking gorgeous in an unfussy red dress and strawberry-tinged locks, says she's "good actually, really good. Waiting for the third trimester. Everyone says that is hard work."

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony stepped out for some non-twin time Monday night in New York, hitting the seen-and-be-seen Waverly Inn, but they were apparently all about family over the weekend. In Touch reports the luxury-loving lovebirds baptized nearly 2-month-old twins Max and Emme at a Long Island, N.Y., church on April 12. Only a small group of friends and family was said to be invited, with a post-dunking gathering taking place at Jen and Marc's butler-inclusive nearby estate.

How do you know you've selected the wrong outfit for a big night out? If your billowy ensemble immediately touches off stork chatter, chances are you should change. That's the scenario that played out for Faith Hill at Monday's CMT Awards courtesy of her piratelike, pooch-creating black blouse. But Mrs. Tim McGraw's rep brushed off rumors of great expectations, telling Us that she "is not pregnant."

Looks like Tobey Maguire isn't reproducing at a faster rate than the "Spider-Man" sequels. Insiders are shooting down an In Touch report that claims the actor and his wife, Jennifer Meyer, are expecting a little brother or sister for 17-month-old daughter Ruby Sweetheart (yes, Sweetheart). While the mag says the couple will welcome their second child in October, with a "friend" piping in they're "over-the-moon happy," a mole pooh-poohs to "Access Hollywood," "This is 100 percent false."
