Has Kirsten Dunst, who's lately been linked to Strokes drummer (and Drew Barrymore's ex) Fabrizio Moretti, found yet another artfully bed-headed, hipster-ish type to cozy up with?

The winsomely snaggle-toothed starlet was supposedly spied locking lips last week at the South by Southwest music festival in Austin, Texas, with Johnny Borrell, the equally orthodontia-averse frontman for the British band Razorlight.

"Kirsten has fallen head over heels for Johnny. She met the band [at their March 9 show in Los Angeles] and immediately hit it off with him," a mole tattles to the London Sun. "They have been on the phone ever since and getting on like a house on fire. She flew all the way from L.A. to be in Texas with Johnny."

Adds the cliché-prone insider, "It's the real deal -- they're a proper item."

The actress and the rocker reportedly made a less-than-subtle appearance Friday night at a Kings of Leon performance, zooming up on a rented Harley (Borrell was driving) and looking lovey-dovey during the set.

"They were snogging at the side of the stage. He was wearing an oversized leather jacket and playing air guitar and air drums," relates a spy, apparently without the giggling or mocking that description would seem to require. "She was fluttering her eyelashes at him like a smitten teenager."

Paparazzi somehow failed to catch the alleged spit-swapping, incessant blinking and embarrassing air riffing, but they did capture Dunst -- in a see-through white skirt -- puffing on a cancer stick and quaffing what looked like a beer while standing hip-to-hip with Borrell.

And the twosome was apparently just as touchy-feely while taking in an Albert Hammond Jr. show, with an eyewitness telling E! Online's Marc Malkin, "They were hugging and kissing during the performance and at the bar. They looked really cute together."

Still, we'll have to hold off on proclaiming them a "proper item" just yet: Kirsten's rep failed to respond to our request for comment on her alleged Texas tryst.

Dunst, who has been enjoying some downtime ahead of the May release of "Spider-Man 3," definitely seems to prefer her men dark-haired and laid-back. In addition to Moretti and former flame Jake Gyllenhaal, she's also been spotted spending time with Adam Brody, Adrian Grenier and "Saturday Night Live" funnyman Andy Samberg.

"I'm a person who likes to hang out," Kiki says in the April issue of W. "I would never go on a blind date. That sounds like the most uncomfortable thing on the planet Earth. It's like, 'Hi. Nice to meet you. So, what kind of music do you like?' Date ended."

When asked what kind of guy she's looking for, she offers, "I need to eat a piece of pizza on a stoop in New York, and I cannot be with anybody fancy."

As for Borrell, who's known for his big mouth and bigger ego, he just so happens to have Hollywood ambitions, and is currently working on a screenplay.
