Sienna Miller apparently isn't sitting at home crying into a tub of Haagen-Dazs over her reported split from Balthazar Getty. The London Daily Mail says she partied into the wee hours Friday night with Josh Hartnett and Leonardo DiCaprio at a local hotspot.

"Sienna was sandwiched between Leo and Josh and looked like the cat that got the cream," a spywitness maintains to the paper. "She seemed quite taken by Josh -- they swapped numbers at the end of the night."

This isn't the first time the pair has appeared taken with one other. Back in early 2007, the actor, who recently launched legal action over claims he was caught getting frisky on a security camera at a London hotel, was reportedly spied stroking the semi-famous starlet's thigh at a Los Angeles soiree.

A few days before Miller and Hartnett's ostensible hand-on-leg action (both insisted that nothing was going on), Sienna, 26, was spotted at a Golden Globes after-party enjoying a tête-à-tête with DiCaprio, whom she purportedly cozied up to in 2005 (also denied all around).

"I'm single at the moment, and I'm completely happy with that," a lace-up dress-clad Miller told Us at a charitable fete earlier in the evening, where she hung out with Kylie Minogue's ex, Olivier Martinez. "It's nice not to have a relationship that the press constantly want to scrutinize and discuss. I'm cool with being on my own."

Of course, few would have bothered to scrutinize or discuss the love life of Jude Law's repeat ex if she hadn't been caught topless and tangling tongues with a still-married Getty during an Italian getaway in July.

The C-list "Brothers & Sisters" actor, 33, quickly announced his separation from wife Rosetta, the mother of his four children, although they have yet to file for divorce (he also hasn't had the "Rosetta" tattoo above his heart lasered off).

Fallout from the hookup was swift, with Sienna taking the brunt of it: She was branded a homewrecker (several sources have contended the Gettys were kaput before she came on the scene) and her London house was defaced with the spray-painted word "slut."

Breakup rumors began in earnest last week, not long after Sienna and Balthazar were snapped locking lips in New York City (tellingly, his hands remained disinterestedly in his pockets) and making out on a yacht in Italy.

"There have been some pretty unpleasant rows, largely over Balthazar's reluctance to commit," a source told the Mail, adding that Miller "is totally paranoid he is going to go back to his family. She feels very let down by Balthazar."

Meanwhile, the paper says the actress is "seriously worried" about the state of her career after she was supposedly passed over for a role in the Guy Ritchie-directed "Sherlock Holmes" because former fiancé Law signed on to play Dr. Watson.

"Sienna has been really down in the dumps about her love life and her career," alleges a pal. "Losing 'Sherlock Holmes' has been another major setback for her. Sienna's not half as well off as people assume. Money is becoming a bit of an issue and she has just signed a big modeling deal to pay the bills, even though she'd much rather be acting."

But Miller's coffers received a boost on Monday when she was awarded a $55,000 settlement from two British tabloids over Getty-related items, reports the London Guardian.

"We acknowledge that on the specific facts and circumstances of this case you had a reasonable expectation of privacy in respect of the information and the photographs that we published in the Sun and the News of the World," the papers said in a statement. "We also accept that we should not have published such information or photographs."
