The otherworldly adorableness that is Suri Cruise can be seen triumphantly lifting her arms on the current "Growing Up Suri!" cover of Us Weekly, a celebratory pose perhaps prompted by the news that her reign as top TomKat tot will remain unchallenged for the time being.

Baby burblings began last weekend after a baggy-eyed Katie Holmes, 28, was snapped wearing a bulbous Balenciaga dress in Berlin, where hubby Tom Cruise, 45, just finished filming "Valkyrie," but her rep assures Us Weekly, "She is not pregnant."

That's not to say she would be averse to silently bringing forth another conspiracy-surrounded bundle of mop-topped joy.

"Katie told me she wants another child with [Tom]," a source helpfully informs the mag. "She talks about it a lot. But I do not know when exactly they plan to have another baby."

Or, as Holmes supposedly sees it, another BFF.

"Katie treats Suri like her best girlfriend," says a "source close to the family." "Suri is the center of it all."

The robust 18-month-old, who Us says is "constantly surrounded" by Scientologists (that includes her two nannies), is also apparently unfamiliar with the word "no."

"Suri pretty much does whatever she wants, whenever she wants," reveals a snitch. "If she fusses before bed, they let her stay up later. If they want her to go swimming and she cries, they'll take her out. If she whines about food, they'll ask her what else she wants to eat. They always want to please her."
