And it looks like things could be getting serious between Zach Braff's former flame, who was in town to promote her forthcoming album and fought-over flick "Dedication," and the ex-fiancée of Nicole Richie. How serious? Not even smoker's breath could stop their nuzzling. TMZ says Mandy, 22, was so eager for a smooch from AM, 33, that she removed a lit cigarette from between his lips and went in for some tobacco-tinged sugar.

In other public-display-of-affection news, is Paris Hilton considered as unappealing as day-old baklava by the billionaire family of sometime squeeze Stavros Niarchos? According to the New York Daily News, the scandal-magnet starlet and the Hellenic hunk couldn't keep their lips off each other at a recent Los Angeles soiree, but they went out of their way to avoid having their tonsil polishing captured on camera. The reason? "Word is that Stravros' family has threatened to cut him off if he doesn't stop going around with that crowd," a snitch tells the paper. No word on whether the Niarchos clan has gotten a gander at the spilled contents of Paris' storage locker of naughtiness.

Have Jessica Biel and Derek Jeter decided to keep their options open after just two months of coziness? The New York Post says the baseballer was "flirting madly" with Gabrielle Union last weekend at a club in the Bahamas. The twosome allegedly "dirty-danced" to the oh-so-romantic number "Put It in Your Mouth" before exiting a deux. But Gabrielle's mouthpiece insists their boogying was strictly platonic, pooh-poohing to the paper, "They are friends, but they did not hook up." As for Biel, more details are emerging about the screaming match she supposedly sparked between Cameron Diaz and her newly minted ex Justin Timberlake when she chatted up the "SexyBack" crooner at Prince's post-Golden Globes shindig. "First [Diaz] started saying all these nasty things to [Timberlake] about Jessica like, 'What is she? Your new [bleeping] girlfriend? Look at her!'" an eyewitness alleges to Us. "And then she insinuated things about other guys that Jessica has been with."

Travis Barker and Shanna Moakler's relationship continues to yo-yo between bitterness and cuddle bunnies. The exes, who called it quits in August amid much finger-pointing, were recently spotted massaging one another (he kneaded her neck; she rubbed his arm) at a Hollywood bar, says People. An eyewitness tells the mag that Travis and Shanna seemed "like they were on a first date. Very flirtatious and happy."
